These terms cover the Comfy Pocket app and this website. Comfy Pocket is made by Fajar Nugroho, an independent developer ("we"). By using the app, you agree to them.
The app
Comfy Pocket helps you log spending and keep a monthly budget, with a virtual pet that reacts to how you are doing. It is a personal tool, not financial, tax or investment advice, and it does not connect to your bank.
Your account
The app creates your account with a private key stored on your phone, so there is no email or password. We cannot recover an account whose key is lost, so keep your phone backed up. You can delete your account and data at any time in Settings → Delete my data.
Subscriptions
- Comfy Pocket Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $39.99 a year or $7.99 a month in the US. Prices in other countries are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Apple handles payments and refunds. To ask for a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
AI help
If you turn on AI help, some messages are handled by an AI model. AI can make mistakes, so check the amounts and categories it logs. You can turn it off in Settings.
Fair use
Do not misuse the app or its servers: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer them, and no unlawful use.
Changes
We may update the app, these terms or our prices. When these terms change, the date above changes too. Price changes for existing subscriptions follow Apple's rules, including asking for your consent when required.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the app, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer laws of where you live.
Apple
If you got Comfy Pocket from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without removing any consumer protections you have where you live.
